Prices

Visiting Spurn Point is generally free of charge, though there are some costs associated with specific activities and parking:

  • Parking Fees: Parking costs £5 per car for non-members of the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust. Members and local residents with a permit can park for free. The parking fees support the conservation efforts at Spurn Point​​.
  • Lighthouse Entry Fees: Adults £4, concessions £3, children £2, and family tickets (2 adults, 3 children) £10. The lighthouse is usually open on weekends and during school holidays​​.

  • Walking and Hiking: Enjoy a scenic walk to the Spurn Point lighthouse, approximately 3 miles from the Discovery Centre. Be sure to check tide times, as parts of the path can be submerged at high tide​.

By Car:

  • Address: Spurn Discovery Centre, Spurn Road, Kilnsea, Hull HU12 0UH. From Hull, follow the A1033 to Patrington, then take the B1445 towards Easington and Kilnsea. The Discovery Centre is signposted from Easington​.

By Public Transport:

  • Bus services (Spurn Explorer) are available from Hull to Easington/Withernsea on weekends and bank holidays, stopping at the Spurn Discovery Centre.
